All sales are final, and no refund will be issued but sometimes what seemed perfect for your home just isn’t. That's why our 7 days return policy allows you to return unopened product to us within 7 days from purchase. Simply return the unopened items with proof of purchase to our designated outlet or warehouse’s location which we will advise via email once we received the return confirmation. The cancellation of an order within 24 hours after the order placement might be approved at the sole discretion of ARA Home Interiors FZC. In this case, the refund process can take up to 30 days and the refund amount is subject to the deductions of occurred costs such as transactions fees and will be refunded on a provided UAE bank account via direct bank transfer only. If the return and policy criteria are not met fully, we may refuse the return. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
